ORDERING

How do I place an order? Browse our collections, select your size, and add items to your cart. Checkout takes less than 2 minutes. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order? We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@pinley.co within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer gift cards? Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount and never expire.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost? Free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $7.95.

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 6-10 business days within the US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

How do I start a return? Email support@pinley.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Can I exchange for a different size? Yes. Email us with your order number and the size you'd like. We'll process the exchange as soon as your return arrives.

SIZING

How do your clothes fit? Pinley pieces are designed with a modern, relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more tailored look or staying true to size for a relaxed fit.

PRODUCT CARE

How should I wash my Pinley clothes? Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery.

Are your fabrics performance-grade? Yes. Our polos and performance pieces use moisture-wicking, stretch-blend fabrics designed for movement and breathability on the course.
