Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn't work, we make returns easy.

Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Email support@pinley.co with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

Need a different size? Email us with your order number and preferred size. We'll process the exchange as soon as we receive your return.
